Wine Notes
Getting the most from a wine event

With wine events, dinners, focused tastings and seminars, and festival tastings scheduled year-round, New Jersey is an excellent place to get a wine education. A fresh approach
Blotchy red-stained wooden containers spilling over with berries, bushel baskets of scarlet tomatoes and bins of shiny green peppers piled high are among the many fruits and vegetables on irresistible display at the farm markets that dot New Jersey’s rural landscape. This summer, celebrate New Jersey’s farm markets and roadside stands. It would be impossible to list and evaluate each one of the many places where wonderful Garden State produce is sold, but here are three of the very best: Melick’s Town Farm of Oldwick, Terhune Orchards Farm Market in Princeton and Delicious Orchards in Colts Neck. Plus, get recipes using the freshest ingredients you can find.
